La quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;acide folique apport\u00e9e par l&rsquo;alimentation est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement insuffisante. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Le fer<\/strong> : veillez \u00e0 consommer suffisamment de fer, par exemple en mangeant du pain complet et de la viande. Consommez \u00e0 chaque repas des aliments riches en vitamine C, comme les fruits et les l\u00e9gumes, afin que votre corps absorbe plus facilement le fer. De cette mani\u00e8re, vous r\u00e9duisez le risque d&rsquo;an\u00e9mie due \u00e0 une carence en fer pendant la grossesse.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Le poisson<\/strong> : mangez du poisson. Les acides gras contenus dans le poisson sont importants pour le d\u00e9veloppement du cerveau et de la vue des b\u00e9b\u00e9s \u00e0 na\u00eetre. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;alimentation pendant la grossesse<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant la grossesse, il est important de manger sainement. Les besoins en \u00e9nergie et en nutriments augmentent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pendant la grossesse. Veillez \u00e0 ce que votre alimentation soit suffisamment vari\u00e9e et riche en \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prenez un suppl\u00e9ment d&rsquo;acide folique et de vitamine D<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;acide folique et la vitamine D ne sont pas apport\u00e9s en quantit\u00e9s suffisantes par l&rsquo;alimentation. Les \u00e9tudes montrent que les femmes qui prennent de l&rsquo;acide folique en plus ont moins de risques d&rsquo;avoir un b\u00e9b\u00e9 atteint de Spina bifida. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de commencer \u00e0 le prendre d\u00e8s que vous savez que vous voulez tomber enceinte. L&rsquo;acide folique est n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 partir de quatre semaines avant la conception jusqu&rsquo;aux huit premi\u00e8res semaines de la grossesse. Si vous n&rsquo;avez pas pris d&rsquo;acide folique avant la grossesse, vous pouvez commencer d\u00e8s que vous savez que vous \u00eates enceinte. Vous avez besoin de 0,4 milligramme d&rsquo;acide folique par jour.     Je hebt dagelijks 0,4 milligram foliumzuur nodig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les os de votre b\u00e9b\u00e9 commencent d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper entre la quatri\u00e8me et la sixi\u00e8me semaine. La vitamine D aide \u00e0 fixer le calcium dans les os.
