Nutrition from 6 months
From six months onwards, your baby needs solid food alongside breast milk or formula. This stage is all about discovering new flavors. Getting used to solids happens gradually, step by step. Once your baby is familiar with their first bites, you can encourage them to explore new foods. It’s not just about new tastes — they also learn new ways of eating and drinking. In addition to breast or bottle, your baby now learns to eat from a spoon and begin chewing. You can even offer small portions of healthy family meals, such as mashed potatoes and vegetables. Mealtimes now become more of a social occasion — a cozy moment shared with the family.
